Okay, I've been sitting on this for a while, and it isn't quite ready to post, but I'm WAY TOO EXCITED to keep quiet any longer. Because seriously, this is one of the best fics I've ever written. Hell, possibly the best. This will freaking redefine the term fanfiction. God, I can't believe I've written this, it's amazing.

Anyway, it's a Babs/Commissioner Gordon fic. Now, don't get freaked out, I know it's far from my normal pairing, but give it a chance. It's all about unconventional love and two people finding a connection in a new way. I think you guys will really like it. It was weird writing it. I kind of hate incest, and so the sex scene made me feel... wrong, but I felt I needed to explore how incest could work. I love taking tropes I hate and turning them on their head. And I think it worked out... shockingly well.

julius12 has it in her inbox now and should edit it soon. I'm hoping to post the first part tomorrow.

You have no idea how psyched I am for this. Man, I've had so much trouble not telling people about it until now. I couldn't keep quiet.

Oh, wow, I am very intrigued.

Especially knowing how you feel about incest.

Hell, the only incest pairings I really like the feel of are one pair of half-cousins and one pair of maybe-possibly-sisters.

Yeah, it was a really strange experience, you know? I'm glad I went through with it. I almost quit a bunch of times because, yeah, incest. Weird. But it's pretty cool in the end.

I also played with Renee a little. I'm not sure about that part. But her sexuality is so interesting. The sexual tension with Harvey Bullock wasn't really explored, if you ask me.

They're here. You know how the first checklist was leaked on some websites? It revealed that it'll cross over into GL, GLC, and three short minis. No real spoilers.

Well, someone claimed to have the second half of the checklist, and this one had massive spoilers. But they revealed it was an april fool's joke. Most of the spoilers were things heavily speculated.

Well, the part where Jim finds out that Babs was always Martian Manhunter's quest to find his feminine side from the very beginning is touchingly sad, but then when he finds out about all the interesting Martian sex techniques, he gets over it.
