Bart can’t understand this century. He’s pretty good at faking it, but he doesn’t understand the old taboos, and the whole idea of a sexual orientation. Why can’t people just like the people they like?

Bart can pinpoint the exact moment he fell in love with Robin. He doesn’t mention it to anyone, though. Stupid, strange taboos. And plus, Secret would kill him.

Once Bart tried on Robin’s mask. He couldn’t get it to stick.

Bart does try to learn, he really does, but for a Speedster, Max can move so slowly sometimes!

Max is the closest thing Bart’s ever had to a father. Even though they sometimes bicker, Bart really loves him.

When Carol left for the future, Bart thought a little piece of him had died. Even after he had started to heal, it still hurt.

Bart can pinpoint the exact moment he realized that Tim was in love with him. It was about 19 milliseconds before Bart kissed him. When Bart told Tim this fact, Tim laughed and asked how he could have waited 19 entire milliseconds.

The worst thing about Inertia is knowing that he was a better Bart than Bart could ever be.

When Max vanishes Bart worries. He has a sense of death now, and he doesn’t want Max to ever have to experience it.

When he is finally reunited with Carol, Bart is ecstatic. He’s perfectly willing to take it slowly, though. He has Tim now.

Bart never lost his Scouts. He always has a few of them out searching for Max. They have orders to report back to him the moment they know anything.

Bart’s terrified of what Batman will do if- no, when he finds out that Bart and Tim are dating.

Bart hates being on the Teen Titans. He misses Anita and Cissie and Snapper and the Ray. He even misses Slo-bo. But even more he misses the jokes and the fun. He really doesn’t like Speedy. She isn’t Arrowette, and she never will be.

Kon brought alcohol to Titans Tower once. Tim disapproved, but all of them tried it. By the end of the night, Bart was the only one who wasn’t drunk at all. Sometimes a speedster metabolism really sucks.

Bart realized the next morning that a speedster metabolism does not suck at all.

Bart hates being the Flash. He misses being Impulse. He wishes Young Justice had never broken up.

Bart isn’t dead. He’s home, in the thirtieth century. Bart joins the Legion with Jenni and lives with his mom for a few months. His heart breaks whenever he thinks of Tim, who thinks that Bart’s dead when he isn’t.

At the last minute, Bart shows up with Kon in tow. Brainiac-5 had gone back in time to steal the body and store it in a solar cell. Bart can’t be the Flash with Wally there. The newly dubbed ‘Lightspeed’ and Superboy help end the final crisis. Bart has never seen Tim so happy before in his life.

Bart can wiggle his ears. He convinced Tim to add it to Batman’s files as a superpower.

Bart’s back with the Teen Titans again. Everything’s better now. Rose is a good guy, Tim isn’t depressed, and Kon’s alive. He also really likes Jaime, the new Blue Beetle. They become friends right away. With the jokes that they throw back and forth constantly, Titans Tower becomes more and more like Young Justice had been.
