Fair enough, I think the writers bug left me for awhile.
Its pretty funny how that happens, my friends who write are split pretty evenly between those that refuse to read fanfic and those that only seem to read it. Fanfic certainly seems to be easier to attract an audience for, and the readers do seem to be a lot nicer on the whole. Plus I find fanfic easier to read, probably because I already know the characters kinda thing. Does that make sense?
I think the internet isn't really the right medium for original fiction, it just doesn't seem to work (whereas forming personal actual friends seems to give better original stuff).
I read one tp of Green Lantern (and was impressed at the Hal/Kyle slashiness of it, but otherwise it was average) and Green Arrow: Quiver. And holy fuck was Quiver awesome, so I kinda put Green Lantern off (though they seem to come up more in stories then the Arrows do).
